Massage Consultation Services:
One hour studio massage with consultation
$70.00 per hour. Add $30.00 for each additional 30 minutes.
One hour outcall massage with consultation Price includes travel.
York Pa. $100.00 per hour. Harrisburg and Lancaster $125.00 per hour. Baltimore $150 per hour.
Complete Massage and Training Services:
First Month $300.00 per month
Initial consultation includes a complete diet and nutritional makeover including a review of your food cache, shopping habits, time management and mental obstacles. This consultation also includes a one hour massage (optional) and two individual personal training sessions per week, no excuses. That is a total of 8 workouts per month.
Following Months $250.00 per month
Each month will include a one hour studio massage (optional) and two individual personal training sessions per week, no excuses. The massage is to help break down your mental barriers and sooth those hard working muscles.
